About Me
I’m Julie White, a certified personal trainer, a double certified and accredited life coach, and the developer of a unique coaching modality, MindFit. As someone who has spent many years searching for my best self, I’ve had my share of struggles – addiction, divorce, low self-esteem, and body dysmorphia. In this journey, I have learned to trust my instincts, be brave, and stay true to myself. I have also discovered something of tremendous value to me. I am MOST CLEAR after I have exercised. My big “AHA” moment has been morphing for 15 years – rigorous exercise combined with coaching is the culmination of that discovery.

She creates an open and safe space where you can leave all the other stuff behind for an hour. Best hour of my day. No matter how I come into the room, I leave feeling so good about myself, physically and mentally.
Julie has a calm and supportive coaching style. I love talking to Julie. She has helped me put things into perspective, and in a gentle way pushed me to open my mind to new ideas and different ways to look at situations. I never feel that any topic is too silly or dumb to bring up. Julie is very open to talking about anything that can help with life’s challenges.
